Method
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembly and Cooking
Lay the tortillas out and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top, followed by the cheeses.
Fold the tortillas over the filling to form wraps. In the same pan, grill the wraps for 2–3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
