Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mince the garlic and slice the chicken into thin strips.
Cooking
  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, carrots, and green onions until tender yet crisp, about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add the minced garlic in the last 30 seconds.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and toss everything together until heated through.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with extra soy sauce on the side and garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
