  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Method

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the sliced onion and bell pepper into the skillet, cooking until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Season the mixture by sprinkling garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken and vegetables, mixing well to combine.
  5. Top with provolone cheese, placing a slice on top of the chicken mixture, then cover to allow the cheese to melt.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the hoagie rolls and serve warm.

Notes
