Ingredients

For the Yogurt Mixture
  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries Chop into small pieces for better mixing.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey Can be reduced for a healthier option.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips High-quality chocolate is recommended.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract thoroughly.
  2. Scoop out portions of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Freeze the yogurt clusters until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
Coating
  1. Melt the chocolate by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted.
  2. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring fully coated.
  3. Place the chocolate-coated clusters back on the prepared baking sheet and optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
Finalizing
  1. Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to let the chocolate harden.

Store leftover clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Take them out a few minutes before serving for a softer texture. Experiment with toppings like crushed nuts or sprinkles.
