For the Chocolate Coating
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chipsHigh-quality chocolate is recommended.

Method
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract thoroughly.
Scoop out portions of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
Freeze the yogurt clusters until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
Coating
Melt the chocolate by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted.
Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring fully coated.
Place the chocolate-coated clusters back on the prepared baking sheet and optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
Finalizing
Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to let the chocolate harden.
Store leftover clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Take them out a few minutes before serving for a softer texture. Experiment with toppings like crushed nuts or sprinkles.
