Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; stir until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time and then mix in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
