Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
Assembly
  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center, then top with the seasoned chicken slices.
Rolling
  1. Tightly roll the tortillas, folding in the sides to form secure wraps.
  2. Ensure there’s no filling peeking out!
Baking
  1. Place the wraps seam-side down in a baking dish.
  2. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the top, making sure they’re well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle extra mozzarella on top if desired for a cheesier finish.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
