Method
Preparation
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to ensure optimal crispiness.
Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast into the dill pickle ranch dressing, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
Coating
In a separate bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Coat the dressed chicken breasts in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture until well covered.
Cooking
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking and place the chicken breasts in the basket.
Cook the chicken for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C), place the coated chicken on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy the delightful crunch!
Notes
Optional: Add spices like garlic powder, paprika, or Italian herbs to the breadcrumb mixture for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven to regain crispiness.
