Preparation
Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough package instructions.
Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.
Evenly spread Alfredo sauce over the dough.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the Alfredo sauce to cover the entire surface.
Crumble the cooked bacon over the cheese.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush it over the dough.
Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into 1-inch-wide strips.
Twist each strip several times to create a spiral shape.
Place the twisted strips on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t touching.
Baking
Bake according to the pizza dough instructions or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
For extra cheesy goodness, sprinkle some parmesan on top before baking. To customize, swap the Alfredo sauce for marinara or add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
