Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Ensure even coverage for great flavor.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper, ensuring even coverage for great flavor.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until it’s bubbling lightly.
  2. Add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the skillet. Allow them to cook for 2-3 minutes until they are nicely browned.
  3. Flip the steak bites and cook for another 1-2 minutes, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
  4. Once the steak is cooked to your liking, lower the heat and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter along with the minced garlic to the skillet.
  5. Stir and cook until the garlic becomes fragrant, about 1 minute — be careful not to burn it!
  6. Remove the skillet from heat, garnish the steak bites with fresh parsley, and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

Ingredient substitutions: If sirloin steak isn’t available, consider using ribeye or tenderloin for a different flavor profile. Optional variations: Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce for an extra layer of flavor, or toss in some sliced bell peppers or mushrooms during cooking for added veggies. Storage or reheating tips: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm them in a skillet over low heat until heated through.
