Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Arrange 48 Ritz crackers on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Layering Ingredients
  1. Place a small piece of ham on each cracker.
  2. Cut the Swiss cheese into quarters and place one piece on top of the ham.
Seasoning
  1. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
  2. Evenly drizzle this mixture over all of the crackers.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and starts to bubble.
