Preparation
Preheat your air fryer or oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Coat pork chops with olive oil, then press them into the seasoning mixture.
Cooking
Cook for 20 minutes in the air fryer or 40 minutes in the oven.

Notes
Pork chops stay fresh in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
