Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the dough.
Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings over the sauce.
Roll the dough tightly and slice into pinwheels.
Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Freeze baked roll-ups in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Reheat from frozen in a 350°F (175°C) oven until warmed through.
