Method

Preparation
  1. Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gravy mix and water until it’s well blended.
  3. Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
  2. Serve the chicken and gravy over a bed of fluffy mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes
