Method

Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla. Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef side down for 2–3 minutes or until browned.
  4. Flip the tortillas, sprinkle cheese over the cooked ground beef, and fold the tortillas in half.
  5. Grill both sides until they are crispy and the cheese is melted, about 2–3 minutes on each side.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauce.
