1cupgraham cracker crumbs
1/2cupunsalted butter, meltedMust cool slightly after melting

Method
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
Mixing
In another bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the sugar mixture. Stir until just combined.
Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
Baking
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Remove from oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces on top.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until marshmallows are toasted.
Cooling and Serving
Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Once cooled, cut the cookie bars into squares and serve on a plate. They can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature. Optionally serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days, or refrigerate for a week.
