Garlic Bread Bowls
  • 4 large garlic bread loaves
Spaghetti Filling
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (or your favorite pasta sauce)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked spaghetti and marinara sauce, stirring until heated through.
  4. Slice the tops off of the garlic bread loaves and scoop out some of the insides to create bowls.
  5. Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture until generously full.
  6. Top each filled bowl with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve warm for a delightful meal.
