Method

Preparation of Dough
  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes foamy.
  2. Mix in melted butter, egg, and salt. Then, gradually add flour while stirring. Knead the mixture until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it double in size for about 1 hour.
Shaping the Rolls
  1. Once the dough has risen, roll it out, cut it into squares, and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls turn golden brown.
  2. Brush the warm rolls with melted butter before serving.
